Ian Ogilvy, Founder & Chairman

Ian has over twenty five years experience in developing both hardware and software products. He became involved in the EFTPOS/payment terminal/ smartcard field in 1986. Since then he has led the development of many new products, establishment of distribution channels and major integration projects in this field.

Ian has a strong track record at the highest level in the banking and electronic commerce sector, having worked in senior roles as CEO, CTO and as Marketing Director for some of the leading companies in this field, including Ingenico, Keycorp and Cardsoft. He also consulted at a senior level to Gemplus, Incard, NBS and ITS.
He has worked in Europe, America and Asia and is recognised as one of the leading experts in the payments industry. He has served on various global payments standards bodies and authored papers on secure payments.

Peter Hall, Chief Executive Officer

Peter has extensive international experience in both management and consulting roles in a wide range of industries across many countries. He founded Avelin Partners, corporate advisory firm and was the co-founder and Managing Director of the corporate advisory venture capital group, VC Mentors, that assisted many growth companies with business strategy implementation, capital raising and IPOs in Australia and the USA.

He has International experience in Asia, USA and Europe including serving as the COO of Cardsoft P/L and previously spent seven years with The Boston Consulting Group in Australia and South East Asia.

Nic Milne, Co-founder and Operations Director

Nic has significant industry knowledge and experience in smartcard and financial payment systems, having worked internationally with leading players in the payments and smart card industry sectors. Nic has worked in the secure payment industry for over 15 years and has worked with or consulted to many of the major organizations in the industry including; Visa, Verifone, Keycorp, China Union Pay, the US Navy and many smaller Asian Banks.

Graham Wilkinson, Sales Director

Graham has worked extensively in local and overseas organizations, including most of the major countries in Europe and Asia, whilst working for Digital Equipment Corporation and Xchange Asia Pacific, where he was involved in large multi-year sales of systems implementations, partner development and outsourcing programs. More recently he served as a Director with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in the Advisory Division.

His area of specialization is in Information Technology, development of High Performance Channel & Direct Sales teams and strategic Business Development excellence. He has worked in all areas of IT, providing solutions in Technology Infrastructure and Outsourcing, ERP/CRM solutions and IT Effectiveness.
